Low-Cost Spay & Neuter Program
Kitten Angels is a no-kill, foster-based rescue dedicated to vulnerable mother cats and kittens, providing each one with veterinary care, vaccinations, and socialization toward a loving forever home.
While rescue and TNR efforts are vital, they only address part of the pet overpopulation problem — rising vet costs leave many owners unable to afford spay/neuter services, leading to more unwanted litters. That's why Kitten Angels launched a 501(c)(3) low-cost spay and neuter program, partnering with local veterinarians to host monthly clinics for the Capital District region of New York.

Our comprehensive program includes spay/neuter surgery, flea treatment, vaccinations, and more, all performed by experienced local veterinarians dedicated to animal welfare.
Cost
Affordable Care Options
Comparable services typically cost several hundred dollars, sometimes up to a thousand. Through our program, the typical charge is $175.00 per cat. A sliding scale is available for qualifying applicants with proof of assistance.
All services must be paid in cash at the time of drop-off.

Appointment Confirmation
Once your appointment is set, a volunteer will send a reminder a couple of days beforehand, along with drop-off and feeding instructions for the night before.
